Hey! Join J2 and me as we go for a 4 mile run through the streets of our town. I use this time to talk about this past weekend and my 10th anniversary running of the Mercedes Half Marathon.
Running this race really opened my eyes to the variety of runners that make up this running community. It's as diverse a community as there can be.. there is no bounds on race, culture and yes body shapes.. we represent everyone.
Preshow music is a fun song by Bing Crosby and Louis Armstrong called Brother Bill.. when you hear it you'll know why I chose it. The ending song is in preparation of the upcoming Mardi Gras season.

Join J2 and I as we go for a six mile Saturday run around town. This really is a show about nothing. We take off and just talk about what is on our mind during the run. There is some dead air during the run as we make our way up hills or just run out of stuff to say. Hopefully you'll take us on a 1 hour run, as this will probably be like having someone along with you during you run...
